What Are IPF GL Points?
The International Powerlifting Federation uses IPF GL points to compare performances fairly across different bodyweights and between men and women. The formula scores your lift against a statistical model of what's typical at your bodyweight. As a rough guide, around 60–70 points is competitive locally, 80+ is strong, and 100+ is world-class.

IPF FAQ
What replaced the old Wilks score?
The IPF moved to GL (Goodlift) points in 2020. They serve the same purpose as Wilks — normalising across bodyweight — with an updated model.
Why kilograms only?
Powerlifting is contested in kg worldwide, and the GL coefficients are defined in kg. Use the conversion calculator if your numbers are in pounds.
